I never needed any crutch or addiction to help me get through the day while employed. . . But bad habits for me would have been not eating right. . I developed diabetes 2 with at least 18 of the 20 signs for it. . . this forced me to quit work and go on disability. . I was even in a wheel chair for a while. . therapy and correct eating habits has really help me get back on track !!! Lost 75 lbs in 2 years, but have another 50 to go. . .It goes on so quick, but takes forever to loose !!!
