Justice System Doesn’t Discriminate? – Jeff is from a middle class upbringing on the north side of Indianapolis. On the surface, he comes from a normal family. His parents are upstanding members of the community, and he was afforded many privileges that the majority of RecycleForce employees have not. He is an example of an unassuming white kid who found himself caught up in the criminal justice system.
