(New York) Underage Drinking Prevention: Taking Action in New York

(New York) Underage Drinking Prevention: Taking Action in New York – Effective prevention requires partnerships between law enforcement, prevention organizations, community coalitions, colleges and high schools, judiciary, and others. This video highlights some of those partnerships in New York. Thisvideo was produced through the SAMHSA/CSAP Underage Drinking Prevention Education Initiatives (UADPEI) in an ongoing collaboration with States and Territories to produce videos that support local underage drinking prevention communications efforts. Across the Nation, every State and Territory is unique and so are their approaches to preventing and reducing underage drinking. The video project supports the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s Strategic Initiative #1: Prevention of Substance Abuse and Mental Illness, which states, “… prevention of underage drinking [is] a priority for States, Territories, Tribal entities, universities and communities.” For more information or resources, visit: www.stopalcoholabuse.gov starttalkingnow.org store.samhsa.gov

Looking for a Caregiver Involved With Teenage Drug Abuse for a Quick Telephone Interview?

Question by Endeavoring Meaning: Looking for a Caregiver involved with teenage drug abuse for a quick telephone interview?
The title explains it all.
I know there are a lot of numbers you can call to get help with drug abuse, but I’m just looking for info. This is for a school project, and so far I haven’t been able to contact anyone who simply gives out information on what they do to help prevent teenage drug abuse.

I’m looking for a phone number to call preferably.
