The RANGE Task Force and Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) detectives witnessed a drug deal Tuesday outside the Hampton Inn Suites in Englewood. Lamont Richardson of Indianapolis, David Cohorn of Dayton, and Gregory Horne Jr. of Dayton were arrested. “Dealers have to be held accountable because this is pure greed, they are making big money and destroying lives.” Montgomery County Sheriff Phil Plummer said. Investigators then went to the suspects’ homes, where they found more drug money, weed and guns.Sheriff Plummer said they will use the drug money to buy equipment for the department. It could even be used to pay officers’ salaries.”Most importantly we got their cash, which will help us fight the war on drugs.”
