i need to find a doctor to prescribe me Buprenorphin, or I know I will continue to IV opiates. I don’t know how to initiate this process without looking like a drug seeker.

I’m currently detoxing from an opiate addiction with the drug Suboxone. I was wondering if the Suboxone will block the effects of another medication called Xanax. I’m taking Clonipin now but was just wondering what the effects would have on the xanax. Would I still feel the effects of the xanax?

Earlier today Rick Scott (Republican Governor of Florida) vetoed a bill which would have allowed for the transfer of non-violent drug addicts from prisons to treatment centers after they had served a minimum of half of the sentence and if they had been recomended by the prison for good behavior. His logic was that it would be a grave misjustice to the victims of these non-violent drug addicts to allow them treatment for their addiction.
