i pleaded to 1 year of drug rehab and 10 years suspeneded upon completion of the program.when i was sent to go to a drug program i was put into prison intake and denied a program and had to serve almost 3 years in prison before they released me.now i am still having to be one probation for ten years and dont have an idea what i should do

Your question is very difficult to read and understand, so I’m not sure what you’re asking… But if you’ve been released from prison, and you still have a term of probation to serve, you must contact the Probation Department as soon as possible… The Department of Corrections should have given you instructions to that effect when you were released… In Indiana, inmates have 48 hours to report to the Probation Department upon their release, and I know the DOC staff gives each inmate very specific written instructions to do so when that inmate is released… Otherwise, you risk a probation violation for failure to report, and you would be subject to serving that 10-year suspended sentence in prison…
